Recently, IT has changed the way some of the logins work, and it’s not exactly clear.

As listed below, your account name will usually be firstname.lastname, there are some outliers for user accounts created before 2013 or if there’s another student with the same first and last name, or if your first and last name together are more than 20 characters.

We use Microsoft Authentication for our Canvas and MyAcademic Services, but that password is the same as other applications. Here’s the list:

Canvas:
Username: your email address, firstname.lastname@student.prescott.edu

MyAcademic Services:

Microsoft Office 365:

Username: firstname.lastname@student.prescott.edu

Passwords for Microsoft Office 365, Canvas, MyAcademic Services and login.prescott.edu are all the same. If you need a password reset contact IT (helpdesk@prescott.edu)

Login.prescott.edu

Username: firstname.lastname

Gmail:

username: firstname.lastname@student.prescott.edu

password: This is unique to GMail

If you have forgotten your password, contact IT (helpdesk@prescott.edu) through your personal email address that we have on record with the Registrar, and we can reset it for you.
