Prescott College offers free access to active Faculty and Stuff as well as for current students* for the software listed on this page. Follow the links on the page and you’ll be to able to gain access titles: Microsoft Office 365 and Grammarly Premium.

Gmail and Google Docs access is retained for approximately one year after graduation or withdrawal. An email will be sent 6 to 8 weeks before the account is closed. Accounts are only disabled and not deleted so short term access can be granted if something needs to be recovered. Google Meets premium access is disabled immediately after graduation or withdrawl.

*The status of “current student” lasts for approximately 1 to 2 months after graduation or withdrawal from Prescott College. The status of “current student” will be reinstated if the student starts taking classes at Prescott College and the email account will be restored.
